Well we did it! Here’s to halfway!
June for me was kind of hectic and crazy, and I had about a million personal crises. Fortunately, I think I’m starting to regain my footing as July takes off. Nevertheless, today I bring my July Check In. Let’s see what I did manage to do this past month.

Working Out Update
Most unfortunately, the month of June did not go as planned. I ended up working 70 hour weeks that prohibited me from training in the first half of the month. In the second half, I was noticing some extreme signs of vitamin or mineral deficiencies (more on that later). I’m taking it easy right now and getting my health back on track before attempting to reenter my training schedule.
