41 ways to reset your mind, body, and soul each week

Sunday’s are for rest, recovery, and reset.

That’s the rule by which I live my life, at least. I find it helpful to set aside time to prepare myself for the new week, and I know a lot of other people do, too. In today’s post I’ll be sharing what’s on my Sunday reset list and some additional ideas in case you’re looking for inspiration.

And just as a small disclaimer, my Sunday reset list is an ideal I strive for. Sometimes I only get to do a couple things on that list. Other times I do nothing! However, if I could have the perfect Sunday, I would accomplish all these things.

My Sunday Reset

  • Clean makeup brushes
  • Do laundry
  • Clean bedsheets
  • Paint nails
  • Wash hair
  • Cleanse crystals
  • Water plants
  • Tidy room
  • Update my Notion, planner, and calendar
  • Do a facemask
  • Attend a Yin yoga class (deeply restorative yoga class)

When I’m in Madison and can attend yoga, I always make sure to go to a Yin class. My favorite instructor teaches one that meets every Sunday night at 7. I love sitting in the steamy room, letting all my soreness from the week ease away until I’m completely at peace and ready to start the week over.
